About You: Hello, my name is Richetta Blackmon. I’m a 32 year old divorce single mother of 6 wonderful children. Currently living in Florida, running multiple businesses including working as an Avon Agent, founder of New Directions: Life Coaching for Women online support system, and running a new life coaching practice. As you can see I live a very demanding life. After much soul searching, dedication and self-resilience, I have manage to create a design for my life that I marvel in following. I had the aha moment when I turned 30 years old, it was like a light was turned on and I could see clearly from that moment.
My true purpose lies in a passion to transform and change lives, specifically women. I’ve been doing this most of my life, through coaching peers and sometimes complete strangers. I’m a natural coach with motivational skills that move people to action.
My background is dynamic, allowing me to have experienced working with all types of people. I’ve been a secretary, customer service specialist, Head Start Teacher, home childcare center owner and certified workforce professional II. All of these experience help frame who I am today and given me a vast base of knowledge of how to gain a New Direction for my life. I want to share this knowledge base with you, to help you reach your desired destination.
