I awoke this morning and checked my email. There I found a heartfelt message from our founder Angela Carr Patterson. It shook me to my core. Not, because I'm one of the takers, but because I know it was difficult for her to write it. I recognize the disappointment where it originates. The words in her email are valid and on target!!!! There is no argument nor need of debate!!!

We each have a lovely page setup with various features inplace. We have hundreds of persons to communicate with. We have endless opportunities made available to us. Yet, there remains an air of ungratefulness!!! It is not easy to setup an ongoing business and to keep it relevant and effective. While we have to do nothing but log in. Our founder Angela Carr Patterson has to concern herself with daily operations.

Love Story Women's Circle is the first social site I've ever joined. When I joined I didn't just rest on my laurels. I wondered the first couple of weeks why I didn't get any friend requests. I believe I inquired and Angela simply stated and I'm paraphrasing to reachout and make friend requests. I didn't just do that. I created blogs, discussions and made countless friend requests. I searched the site and found women who asked questions. Questions that were never answered. I discovered members who had not corresponded in many months. I reached out to them for updates on their lives.

I admit recently I have been disappointed by a couple of sites I visited. Takers exist everywhere!!! Persons who don't give a (fill in the blank) about anyone except themselves!!! Yesterday, I added a clear photo of myself. I returned and removed it only because now it appears blurred and I want to put my best face forward. I want to be seen clearly, as I am heard.

I can be opinionated at times. LOL  Ladies, lets all commit to do better!! If I have fallen short I will put myself in check!! Even with all of my commitments I still find the time to reachout. A message in the form of a greeting is important. Communicate!!! Share!!! Contribute!!! Our founder should not have to send emails asking us to examine ourselves and to become more effective participants. I HEARD ANGELA'S MESSAGE DID YOU?
